Navigating Inner Terrain
PSYCHOTHERAPY & BIOFIELD THERAPY

Inner Child & Attachment
Relational recovery and connection are key areas of true mature development. As relational beings we thrive in authentic and intimate connections to nature, self and others. Learning to do this safely in moderation allows for maintaining these connections.
Reparenting our inner child or wounded parts invites responsibility, integrity and autonomy in navigating life. Facing conflict, rupture, repair and deep connection all benefit from a sound system of self.

Somatic Enquiry & Body Psychotherapy
Polyvagal theory is all about the science of safety in the autonomic nervous system (ANS). When we can rest and digest we also connect instead of rationally direct. Working experientially as a bottom up approach allow for the body and ANS to process and digest residue from history, harm and helplessness.
Through restoring resilience the physiology and system can repair and resonate as intended with natural rhythms. Sleep, digestion, gut health, and emotional sobriety can return to equilibrium.
Navigating human experience is challenging and truly tests character and capacity. Learning to embody authenticity and personal truth, with integrity is essential…
Psychotherapy works on developmental deficiencies, fixations, and mature growth. This supports recovery, laps, relapse and the return to a sense of being, essentially grounded.

Biofield Tuning
Biofield tuning is based on the theory of electric health, shifting beyond the paradigm of the chemical or mechanical lens. Using coherent sound as a feed back tool is an effective way for the body to repair and release trauma, drama and dysfunction.
Understanding how our electromagnetic fields interact with the electromagnetism of the earth highlights the importance of seeing ourselves as a part of nature and the role that plays in our health, emotions, relationships, and more.
Sound therapy can decrease inflammation in the body simply by increasing coherence. Emotions have particular frequency signatures that are within the audible spectrum. When the dissonance is reflected back, the body naturally auto corrects.

RO-DBT & DBT
Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
RO-DBT emphasises the importance of openness, social connectedness, and flexibility in emotional expression. Notably inspired by Malamati Sufisim, particularly the lineage of Rumi, celebrating the transformative power of love and connection in the journey toward self-acceptance and community harmony. Enriching therapeutic practice by integrating spiritual dimensions with emotional health, highlighting the interconnectedness of self and others.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
DBT emphasises the balance between acceptance and change, enabling individuals to develop mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation skills. Deeply influenced by Zen Buddhism, which underscores the importance of mindfulness, present-moment awareness, and acceptance.
